I don't think the owner of this house could have picked a better time to put this haunted home on the market.

Spooky season has officially begun because the house that inspired the events of 'The Conjuring' is up for sale and it could soon be yours if you move fast. (I'll hold off...but thanks)

According to Zillow.com, the official address for this home is 1677 Round Top Road in Burrillville, Rhode Island and it is being listed for $1.2 million....and it's not difficult to see why.

The events of 'The Conjuring' are inspired by real life events experienced by The Warren Family alongside the supernatural ghost hunters Ed and Lorraine Warren IN THIS VERY HOUSE.

And before you leave for your trip: Both the family and the Warrens have confirmed that the events in the movie are accurate and in some cases, not as terrifying as what went down in real life.

It is said to be haunted by the spirit of Bath....you know what? Let's play it safe and not even fully type her name in here.

So instead, I'll just suggest you read THIS for more info on the back story.

And keep in mind, there are still many reports of supernatural occurrences to this day and the third Conjuring movie just recently dropped!

So maybe this is why the current owners, who purchased this home back in 2019, are putting the home back on the market?

Here is some info: This home has a total of 14 rooms including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It occupies over 3,000 square feet.

If $1.2 million is a bit out of your budget range, the previous owners did offer overnight stays to visitors at a pretty affordable price.

So hang tight until a sale closes because I am sure that trend will continue in the future...and hopefully just in time for Halloween?

We got our hands on photos of the interior and exterior of this haunted home up for sale and we are going to show them to you....right now:

Holy Halloween

You know what's interesting? They don't show photos of a basement which is where the exorcism to the mother took place in the movie.

I'll just take their word for it and let you check that area of the house out for yourself.

Just a friendly reminder: if you do decide to go take a look at this house in person, you must acknowledge the spirits out loud and tell them they do NOT have permission to follow you home before you leave.

Don't forget that one because I am going to be kinda pissed at you if you bring those spirits back to the Jersey Shore with you.

You can take a look at the home's full listing at Zillow.com and good luck.
