The Internet was abuzz this Spring when rapper Tupac Shakur performed at the Coachella Festival. Only one catch, Tupac has been dead since 1996.

The rapper was brought to "life" through hologram technology. It was actually pretty stunning. If you don't mind some NSFW rapping, the video is worth checking out.

On the heels of that success, the same company has gotten together with those who hold the rights to Elvis' likeness and are apparently working on bringing The King back for possible Movie, TV, and other projects.

Of course this opens up a whole realm of possibilities. Maybe Michael Jackson actually could do the string of concerts he was scheduled to perform in London before his untimely death. How about a Sonny & Cher reunion?

So what do you think, is this a really cool use of technology, and nostalgic? Or is it in poor taste and disrespectful? Vote below and feel free to elaborate in the comments section!
