Police say the vehicle was traveling south on Route 35 near Cedar Avenue around 3:30am when it crashed into not one, but two utility poles, breaking them both into pieces.  The car itself ended up upside-down on a nearby lawn.

Route 35 southbound was closed during cleanup from the accident. The right lane remained closed on Monday morning as the utility poles were replaced causing long delays for drivers heading into Point Pleasant for the Memorial Day holiday.
