The Bayville 26-year-old who took porn shots of a six- and three-year-old and sent them out over a two-year span will have 22 years to think about it behind bars. Dwayne Tucker's sentence Friday follows his guilty plea to possession and production and child pornography. He admitted having more than 600 lewd images stored electronically.

In a press release, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishmann said "the severe sentence imposed on this defendant is commensurate with the harm he caused to his victims. As this case shows once again, so-called 'child pornography' is the recorded sexual assault of a child. The producers of this material are dangerous and must be treated accordingly by the judicial system."

Tucker was previously charged by Criminal Complaint with possession of child pornography in December 2010, and by Indictment with distribution and possession of child pornography in February 2012. He's been in custody since his arrest on December 2010.

In addition to the prison term, Tucker was also sentenced to lifetime supervised release.
