A Few Days Left To Keep The School Spirit Trophy In Ocean County!

I told you on Wednesday that as Manchester Township was basking in the glory of their victory in the Ocean County school spirit competition, they were also enjoying a comfortable lead over Monmouth County's champions, Matawan Regional. But the lead has shrunk a bit since then.

While Manchester jumped out to a early lead and kept a wide gap all week long, Matawan has been slowly inching closer over the last few days.

Could this become a case of "slow and steady wins the race"?

The voting will continue until Monday at noon. So until then, let's be sure to keep the pressure on Monmouth County as we press Ocean County forward for another hometown win!
