A Drunk Guy Gets Really Lost in Ocean County
Most of us have been in the situation of being somewhat off kilter and confused after a night out. But this Toms River man had a particularly difficult time. Like, very difficult.
Toms River Patch tells us the story of Yousef Qazi, a Toms River resident who was enjoying a night out and, when he was ready to wrap it up and head home, well, he thought he made it home, but was about 8 miles off.
Mr. Qazi apparently thought that a Forked River home was actually his Toms River home.
Not only was he on the wrong street, but he wasn't even in the right town.
The jig was up when the actual homeowner called Lacey police to report a stranger attempting to enter the yard.
Mr. Qazi was eventually arrested on charges of DWI and reckless driving.
