A “Day of HOPE” in Toms River This Weekend

HOPE Sheds Light invites you to join them as they celebrate a day of recovery and hope through the groundbreaking of their new Butterfly Garden. It will be a place to reflect, transform, and remember. A place to find peace. 
Hope Sheds Light raises awareness and educates individuals, families, and the community about the impact of addiction by sharing personal experiences and offers strength, hope, and resources for change and long-term recovery.

The event will feature a craft for Mom for Mother's Day, onsite vendors, giveaways, kids' activities, wellness sessions, inspirational speakers and special guests.

Anchored by our mission to raise awareness and educate families on the disease that has plagued so many, this butterfly garden will help us embrace addiction so that our brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters no longer have to hide in the shadows. They can instead have the courage to change through a community that truly cares enough to share their personal experiences in order to offer strength, wisdom, hope and resources that lead to positive community change and long-term recovery.
