The amount of positive Coronavirus cases in Ocean County has risen to 5,857 in the latest tally by the Ocean County Health Department. The Monmouth County Health Department reports 5,741 cases.

Hospitalizations from Covid-19 continue to decrease overall in the state but some areas are seeing bigger drops in admissions while others aren't.

Starting this week, the state will begin testing all residents and staff at each of the state's five developmental centers with the new saliva-based testing developed by Rutgers University.

Some municipal courts will begin holding sessions using video or phone today.
