Where’s the Best Place to Watch the Toms River Halloween Parade

It's back on Halloween this year and I hear it's going to bigger and better than ever!  It's the 77th Annual Toms River Fire Company's #1 Halloween Parade!

Shawn and I will be on a float this year and I just can't wait!  We're going to be on the Toms River High School North Nautical Star Theatre Company who was the Engage Toms River float winner with the Jay and Linda Grunin Foundtion float contest  3D TRopoly Board and Shawn Michaels will be in jail on the float!  Can it get any better than that!
