Two Shore Area Men Confess to Distributing Child Porn

Two shore area men plead guilty to federal child pornography distribution charges in a Trenton Courtroom Monday. 31-year-old School Bus Driver Frank Bognar of Jackson confessed to downloading and distributing images of child sexual abuse via a peer-to-peer file sharing network as early as 2011 that included images of sadistic and masochistic conduct. As part of the plea deal, Bognar also agreed to surrender six firearms.

55-year-old John Nutt of Asbury Park pleaded guilty to sending child pornography images via smartphone to a stranger in Nevada in 2011, who reported him.

Both men face anywhere from 5 to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Their sentencing is scheduled for April 2013.
