Cameron Keyes faces two weapons counts and charges aggravated assault, resisting arrest, marijuana possession and traffic violations. He was placed in the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold with bail set at $131,000.

According to police, Patrolmen Stanley Balmer and David Hicks stopped Keyes's car around 11:15 PM on Leighton Avenue for a driving offense. A background check revealed an active warrant issued in Neptune.
