While the students may be getting a day off, the faculty and staff aren't necessarily sitting at home and enjoying hot cocoa by a fire. So what do they do exactly? I like hard boiled eggs - egg salad, on top of a salad, etc. But whenever I try to peel a hard boiled egg, it always turns into a process and it never fails that I end up with dozens of tiny little pieces of shell.
