One of the great parts about living in Ocean County is the fact that we have beaches, forests, and rural getaways all around us. But if you're more of a city person, you can be in New York City in a little over an hour. But there are a few things that every NYC visitor should be aware of.
You might remember my rants on inconsiderate parents, pet owners who don't take responsibility, and folks who can't even be bothered to put their shopping carts back where they belong (wow, I rant a lot!). So how about something to make us feel good for a change?

You notice a number of people in the waiting room, which makes you nervous, then you hear those fateful words, "we're running just a little behind this morning, please have a seat".

As you've probably noticed by now, I love to complain about driving. I don't know what it is, maybe I do in fact have mild road rage, but few things get my blood pressure up like being annoyed in the car. That being said, we have some truly terrible intersections in Ocean County.
