Middletown Promotes Two Police Officers
Two Middletown Township police officers have been promoted to the rank of lieutenant.
Lieutenant Charles W. Terefenko and Lieutenant John Werner took their oaths at the Township Committee meeting on Monday, June 1, 2015.
