Yesterday, that mysterious package in the photo above arrived at the WOBM offices. Upon closer inspection however, I realized who it was from.

Our beachfront locations have long been a draw for celebrities looking to get away from the big cities and skyscrapers. Well, with a $1.3 million price tag, one local celeb will be moving out of Toms River.

A lot of packages come through the doors of Townsquare Media this time of year - client gifts, goodies from listeners, and other cheerful treats. Today, I had an unexpected package waiting on my desk. It was a true surprise when I saw who it was from. Watch:
