9/11 Toms River Event
There will be a memorial wreath laying ceremony in Downtown Toms River this morning (Monday) at the 9/11 Memorial on Hooper Avenue in Toms River. The event begins at 8:30 am. Ocean County Freeholder Joe Vicari will be joined by Ocean County Prosecutor Joe Coronato.
