For the first five years I had a Mommy Blog about my daughter Abby’s life and what it was like for me as a first time Mommy.  Now she’s a 10 year old Diva and I’ve decided to bring back the Mommy blog. Her life and what she does is just so funny, it’s too funny not to talk about or write about!  It’s time to share our adventures with you again.  Wow, I can't believe she's 10 already.  Time flies.

Years ago in the Bayville studio a wonderful listener, Kathy form Bayville, brought Shawn and I these two cute elves.  These elves were handmade from her!  Who knew..years later this one elf in particular would bring so much happiness to the Moll home for Christmas.

It's been about 6 years now that Ruddy comes with so many adventures, running around the house at about 3:30 am before I have to head to work.  He hides, hangs, eats, and leaves her special notes!  As you can see, Ruddy ate some chocolate several years ago and still has a dirty mouth.  Ruddy's been through a lot of fun!  Abby loves him so much!

This year, more than other years, she has lots of questions.  She has trouble believing.  Is this elf real?  Is Ruddy real?  The elf leaves her notes that she must believe in magic and Christmas is in your heart.  Believe or not, it's a tradition that she will always remember and hopefully use for her family one day.  It's a tradition that makes Christmas amazing, at least for my 10 year old that still has the Christmas twinkle in her eye.  At least with Ruddy she believes in magic and that's a beautiful thing.

More Abby and Ruddy adventures coming soon......
