Ranked 14^th in a class of nearly 600 Kevan is Senior Class Vice-President and a member of the National Honor Society, T.E.A.M. and the Science League. He is a high honor roll student, recipient of the Rensselaer Medal for Outstanding Achievement in Math and Science and has been honored by the Shore Music Educators Association.

Captain of the cross country, swim and track teams and a two-time Most Valuable Runner he volunteers with Parents of Autistic Children and the Ocean Runners Club.
