Shawn & Sue's Ocean County Pet of the Week

Girlie is a super sweet Basenji mix of about 9 months old that would just love to have a great home of her own. Can you believe this sweet little puppy was found all alone, wandering streets. Girlie was a bit shy and scared. It didn't take long at all for her to discover that she was in a good place and she began making friends right away at the Popcorn Park Rescue Zoo. She is still a bit shy with new people bu just give her a minute to check you out and she'll be your best buddy in no time. Girlie is spunky, active, fun-loving, and full of puppy energy. She has had training and is very polite and ladylike. She is not used to other dogs and would need several meet and greets and proper supervision in order to live peacefully with a dog. She loves people and will bring lots of joy and happiness to the good family that welcomes her home!
