Reward offered after Linden neighborhood riddled by bullets
LINDEN — Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding who was responsible for the fusillade of bullets that tore up a city neighborhood on Monday.
Police said more than 20 rounds were fired on the 1300 block of Middlesex Street. Several homes and cars were struck.
“It’s a miracle that no one was injured.” said Chief Jonathan Parham, who asked anyone in the community with information about what happened to come forward.
"We need your help in identifying those persons that are involved; we need you acting as our extended eyes and ears," he said Tuesday.
The Union County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment
