A Pennsylvania truck driver enters a not guilty plea Wednesday in a New Brunswick Courtroom for a DWI-related accident that claimed the life of a Manalapan man and injured is family.  According to the Newark Star Ledger, Brad Phillips, age 28,  of Gap Pennsylvania, is being accused of being sleep deprived and under the influence of methamphetamines when he allegedly ran a red light in his tractor trailer slammed into an SUV on Route 18 in Old bridge on April 25th.  He's in the Monmouth County jail on $450,000 bail.
