The Dragons smoked the Swans in this year's Asbury Park Chamber Pedal Boat Challenge on Wesley Lake in Asbury Park Tuesday evening. The Asbury Park City Council lost its A-P Chamber Challenge Title to Neptune Township Mayor Michael Brantley and Committee members after winning four years in a row.

Mayor Brantley pedaled side by side with Committeeman Randy Bishop.  Brantley said he trained in advance to get in shape for this year's competition by lifting two boiled eggs once this week he said with a laugh.

Proceeds for the race helps to benefit the upkeep of Wesley Lake that separates Asbury Park from Ocean Grove in Neptune Township.
