Spots is looking for a forever home!
This handsome young man is Spots, a pointer that is a little over 3 years old. Spots came to us from our Newark facility in search of a great home when his owner gave him up the day after Christmas. Spots was hoping that his New Year's would be better, and we are promising him that he will definitely get the home of his dreams this year. Poor Spots was a bit nervous when he arrived and was a bit shy with meeting new people. Once he learns that he can trust him and that you mean him no harm, he can hardly contain his excitement at the thought of playing and running with you. He is still a bit shy with meeting new people and is even a little barky while in his kennel, so please ask to meet him outside and you'll meet the real Spots. He is an active and energetic guy that loves to take long walks and check everything out. Spots would love a home with a nice yard to romp and roam in. He is very polite and gentle while taking treats, and Spots walks well on a leash too. He will need a home with no other pets but he just loves people when he gets to know them. Spots is hoping for a wonderful family of his own, and a great home where he is welcome forever.
