Kudos to a Beachwood 3rd Grader For Supporing Our Military

Man, I love kids!  And kids with big, huge hearts!

Brady needs your candy - your Halloween Candy!  (If there's any left, I know we have some left-over)

Brady Gibson, Beachwood Elementary 3rd Grader, has initiated a Halloween Candy Take Back Event to support our Military.

The event is this weekend - Sunday November 20th, 2016 - at the Beachwood Borough Hall from 11 am - 1 pm with the help of Brady's family, Mayor Roma, Council members, the Beachwood Police Department, the Beachwood Municipal Alliance Coordinator and Great Adventure.  The whole community is coming together for this fantastic event!

The Halloween candy will be donated to Jackson Orthodontics, which is a registered participating dentist office in the Halloween Candy Buy Back Program.  Participating businesses support these endeavors by collecting the candy and sending it overseas to the troops.  These businesses pay $2 a pound, up to 5 pounds, and that nominal fees will be additionally donated to a local food bank in Jackson.
