In an on-stage chat with Tom Hanks at Tribeca Film Fest, Springsteen said as a young 20-something, he didn't know "anyone in New Jersey" who paid taxes. Bruce wrapped the story with "I pay 'em now!" The duo also paid tribute to late director Jonathan Demme. Both won Oscars for their work on his film, Philadelphia.
