I'm kind of on the fence about whether this Massachusetts man is a brilliant entrepreneur or a slick scam artist. Read on to find out how one New Englander is capitalizing on the rough winter up North.

Kyle Waring, from outside of Boston, is selling his snow on the Internet.

There's no overhead cost - you just have to go outside and scoop up some snow. You obviously charge the customer for the shipping cost, throw in the disclaimer that your snow may arrive as water, and the guy's pretty much got a foolproof money making system.

The weird part - people are going for it. He's actually getting people to pay him to send them snow (or water, depending on how shipping goes). Check it out:
