The man spotted in a surveillance image tossing an iPad into a trash can at a Neptune service station is wanted for questioning by police - who say it was stolen in Manchester.

Michael L. Lobue is identified by Manchester police as the individual captured in the images from an Exxon station on Route 66 in Neptune Township. He has yet to be brought in for questioning.

Investigators probed a home burglary in the Ridgeway section last Tuesday at about 7:23 PM. Reported stolen were two iPads and an engagement ring.

Using inboard tracking, one of the iPads was traced to an Exxon station on Route 66 in Neptune Township, and found inside the garbage receptacle.

Authorities say charges against Lobue are pending and that the investigation is still open. Information regarding Lobue's whereabouts can be given confidentially to Manchester police through the "tip-line" portal at the police department website, or at 732-657-6111.
