How Do I Write a Will

I'm at that age, where I own a home, and I think it's time to write my will.

Yikes, that scares me, but it's important.  But I don't really want to get a lawyer.  Is there a way of writing a Will without a lawyer?  But this is basically what I need in my Will.  Who gets my house, and information about my daughter is what's most important to me.  Is it true.. I don't need a lawyer?  Do I need to get it notarized?  Do I need 2 signatures plus mine?  Please help!  What are the New Jersey laws for a Will?
