JERSEY CITY — Offered a deal that would ensure she kept her new job as a Hudson County sheriff's officer, a Bayonne woman who once appeared in bondage films as a dominatrix has reportedly rejected that proposal, and has also refused to waive her right to sue the department that employs her.

The deal, which the New York Post reported may still be on the table, required Kristen Hyman, 30, to undergo a psychiatric evaluation that her higher-ups say would help prove her acting past does not make her inclined to treat suspects roughly.

Hyman's new lawyer, Douglas Anton, would neither confirm nor deny the offer when reached by the Post, but added the cop has the support of her fellow officers and has been inducted into the PBA union.

She is also a certified EMT.

An administrative hearing scheduled for last Thursday was postponed.
