What is brunch without a delicious mimosa? The bestofnj.com recently put a list of the "best brunch spots" in New Jersey. Up and down the entire state.

Here is a couple throughout the state that they chose, I tend to agree. I love Toast and The Mad Batter.

The perfect brunch for me, a delicious quiche, sausage gravy on the side, sausage links, two strawberries, and a piece of cantaloupe. To top all of it off a delicious, corn muffin, warmed with butter. And of course, a mimosa.
