Townsquare Media and the Jay & Linda Grunin Foundation are teaming up to salute our local heroes with our Warrior of the Week program.

Congratulations to David Eiker, Our Warrior of the Week for the week of March 26, 2018.

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class David A. Eiker graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Eiker is the son of Robin Lisi of Manchester, N.J., and brother of Karl Eiker of Tuckerton, N.J.

He graduated in 2005 from Pinelands Regional High School, Little Egg Harbor, N.J., and earned a bachelor's degree in 2011 from Cedarville University, Cedarville, Ohio.

Congratulations to David Eiker, our Warrior of the Week.

Do you know a deserving past or present military member? Nominate them now. Every Military Monday, we’ll share one of the nominations and honor that person as our Warrior of the Week.
