Thomas S. MacGregor was apprehended in Mount Holly Tuesday, at the spot where he expected a sexual adventure, according to information from the office of county Prosecutor Robert Bernardi. Investigators say he was carrying vodka and condoms in his car.

The online chat was with a member of the Prosecutor's High Tech Crimes Unit. Mount Holly police also took part in the investigation.

He was charged with attempt to commit sexual assault, attempted luring and endangering the welfare of a child.

Bail for MacGregor was set at $70,000. A grand jury will determine whether the case goes to trial.
