Three Monmouth County Residents Arrested in Workers’ Comp Fraud Case

The supervisor at the former Monmouth County Youth Detention Center, his wife and another women were arrested this week as part of a workers' comp fraud case. Ricky and Donna Marter of Manalapan and Christine Bradach of Freehold face charges that range from Theft by Deception and Insurance Fraud to Conspiracy and Perjury counts with regard to a 2010 on the job slip-and-fall accident at the county run facility
