A Federal Grand Jury hands up a new two-count indictment against an Atlantic County man related to his 2010 arrest for the alleged sexual assaults of two boys under the age of 13 while on a camping trip at a Burlington County State Park.

39-year-old Brian Killion of Absecon City is now charged with one count of Transporting a Minor with the Intent to Engage in Illegal Sexual Activity and one count of Possession of Child Pornography.

According to the New Jersey State Police , the incident at the Bass River State Park, was reported by one of the victim's mothers. The mother says Killion sexually assaulted one of the boys in a tent in full view of the other.

In 2010,  Killion was charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. In 2011 , Killion was also charged with one count of Manufacturing Child Pornography .

The two counts of Manufacturing are punishable by a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in prison. The count of Transporting is punishable by a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of life in prison. The Possession count is punishable by a maximum of 10 years in prison. All four counts are also punishable by a maximum $250,000 fine.

The government is represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jacqueline M. Carle of the U.S. Attorney's Office Criminal Division in Camden.
