Jason "Born" O'Neal, 43, previously pleaded guilty to a conspiracy count and is one of 20 alleged members and associates who have taken guilty pleas, according to the office of New Jersey U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman.

He is also required to serve three years of supervised release.

Rufus Young, identified as the leader, was sentenced to 15 years earlier this week. Robert Britt has also pleaded guilty to drug charges.

Twenty-one suspects were identified in March 2014, in an operation that investigators said permeated Ocean, Monmouth, Essex, Middlesex and Hudson Counties, from Barnegat to Jersey City, as well as San Bernardino, California.

O'Neal admitted acting as a supervisor in the chain between February 2013 and March 2014, distributing between 100 and 400 grams, authorities said.
