Tracy Bean of Belmar says one of two young women seen in the video showed up at her home Friday with the wagon and a long apology note.

Bean uses the red wagon to take her 6-year-old son Alex for walks around town. The boy has a rare brain disorder and can't walk or talk. Home security video shows two young women entering the family's yard early Tuesday and stealing the wagon.

Bean tells the Asbury Park Press she's doesn't plan to press charges against the unidentified woman. Bean added she's overwhelmed by offers from strangers to replace the wagon.
