Are You a Wiper Up or Wiper Down Person

With the snow coming today and when you're heading into work, will you put your windshield wipers up or keep them down.

I don't put my windshield wipers up.  I see a lot of them in the parking lot here at work, wipers up and I always think, does it help?

Maybe I should go put them up right now?

Do you put your wipers up or keep them down if you know snow is coming?
