A Burlington City man faces a murder charge, for allegedly stabbing his stepfather to death Tuesday. Stephen J. Paul was arrested without incident. The body of Edward Williams of Westampton was found, riddled with lacerations, in Paul's apartment. Investigators said that they recovered the knife.
