This weekend at Toms River Food Fest, Downtown Toms River will give you the chance to give your opinion on the "new" Downtown bike-pedestrian plan.
Toms River plans to make Downtown more of a "friendly" town for pedestrians and bicyclists. According to the patch.com, this weekend at Toms River Food Fest you can let TR know how you feel about this plan as you learn more about it and how it can be improved. From 11 am - 1 pm at the Food Fest there will be a tent from the state Department of Transportation for your input.
