WOBM Christmas Classic Schedule (Well Almost)

The 40th annual WOBM Christmas Classic will run from December 26-30 at the RWJBarnabas Health Arena at Toms River High School North.  Presented by Jersey Mike's the basketball tournament will feature 16 boys and 16 girls high school basketball teams from Ocean and Monmouth counties.

All 32 teams will play their first-round games on Thursday, December 26 in either the main arena or the recently-dedicated Ray Cervino gym across the hall.  Games start in both facilities at 10AM and will likely run for 12-13 hours in what will be a wild day of basketball.

The 32 coaches will seed the tournament this Sunday during a breakfast meeting hosted by The Office Restaurant & Lounge in Toms River.  The top eight teams in the boys division will be placed in the Jim Ruhnke Bracket while teams 9-16 will compete in the Steve Gepp Bracket.  On the girls side teams 1-8 will be part of the Ray Cervino Bracket while seeds 9-16 will be placed in the Kathy Snyder Bracket.

Below is the schedule and after Sunday it will be updated with the teams and matchups. While it may be confusing for now the simple thing to know is if you win on 12/26 you will play again on 12/28...if you lose you come back and play the next day (12/27).
