Commuters in Ocean County were dealing with some mixed precipitation as they headed home Wednesday night.

A mix of light rain and snow began falling in most areas by mid-afternoon, and the precipitation was expected to change over to all snow by dusk. WOBM's Tom Mongelli reports "big" flakes but nothing sticking to the roadway.

The snow was expected to continue until around midnight, with most areas seeing little or no accumulation. But forecasters say an inch or so is possible in some northern areas of New Jersey.
