I openly admit it, I'm a caffeine addict.

The funny part though is that I'm not a coffee drinker so I usually get my caffeine from energy drinks or diet soda.

I know it's not a great habit, but I'm definitely not alone. According to one study, the average American ingests as much as 300mg of caffeine a day!

Hey, compared to the 68mg per serving in the Diet Dr. Pepper that I'm drinking right now, I'm pretty tame when it comes to average caffeine consumption!
