What Are The Friendliest Cities in NJ?

It seems like a lot of these lists have come out in just the last couple of weeks - first we had a list of the most boring towns. Then a list of the snobbiest towns came out. Now, we're talking about the friendliest towns.

USAToday came out with an article about the friendliest (and unfriendliest) towns in the US.

Leading the list of the nicest places is Charleston, SC. Unfortunately, once again, NJ kind of gets the short end of things, with both Newark and Atlantic City ending up on the unfriendliest list.
