Toms River – Boring? No Way!

Some website had the gall to list Toms River as one of "The Most Boring Places in New Jersey". I say, how dare they!

Movoto.com, which is apparently a real estate website, came out with a list of "The Most Boring Places in New Jersey", and they put Toms River right in the middle at #5.

So now, I'd like to present just a few reasons why Toms River most certainly is not one of the most boring places in NJ:

• Does your town have a Little League World Championship to their name? Ours does.

 

• How many towns have some amazing hiking destinations that give you amazing variety, from deep woods, to marshes, right to the bay?

 

• Did a hometown guy from somewhere else in NJ almost win the Home Run Derby this year? Didn't think so.

 

• Our local college has an actual planetarium. I mean come on, how cool is that?

 

And those are just the things that I could think of off the top of my head that shows how cool Toms River is!
