Every celebrity did something before becoming famous. Today, Katy Perry is arguably one of the biggest pop stars in the world. So how did she get to that pedestal? Well, like a lot of us, she had to work her way up.

Before Katy Perry was Katy Perry, she was Kate Hudson. Before she was big enough to play the Super Bowl Halftime Show, she was singing backup for other bands.
