What would you do if you saw Donald Duck trying to cross the street in front of you? Law enforcement in North Jersey have been using the decoy duck as a test of motorist traffic law knowledge.

If you drive through downtown Toms River, you've certainly noticed the mid-crosswalk signs alerting drivers to the state law that drivers must yield to pedestrians. Many drivers do, but many don't as well.

So, police in Fort Lee came up with a creative way to test drivers' courtesy. And, for some, it was a costly lesson. Check out the video:
