Try All Caps, If You're Having Trouble Getting Answers

I've seen this all over Twitter and Facebook. I saw this article on the Los Angeles Times twitter page about the stimulus check. You have to put your information in from your SS#, address, and birth date. If you keep getting the response "Payment Status Not Available" they are saying use capital letters for your address, you might get a faster response. If you have not gotten the stimulus check as of yet, you can check the status at the irs.gov/coronavirus website. Click here to find out the status of your coronavirus stimulus check.

Try putting your ADDRESS in CAPITAL LETTERS, you might get a response quicker.
