Halloween will surely be a treat this year. Since it falls on a Saturday, Toms River is pulling out all the stops and having the 77th Annual Toms River Halloween Parade on Halloween, itself (normally, it's the Saturday before Halloween).

But, since a lot of locals will be downtown watching the parade on Halloween Saturday, town officials have decided to move trick or treat night for Toms River to the day before Halloween - Friday the 30th.

This year's Halloween Parade is sure to be spectacular, and Marianne Levy from our sister station, WOBM-AM 1160 & 1310 will be hosting with me again this year for Toms River Schools' TV-21.
