Let Me introduce Gabriel and Noah, twin brothers from Toms River, New Jersey. Noah and Gabe love their family, love playing together, love watching the Yankees, and all while dealing with a major illness.

Noah and Gabrial have spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Imagine having one child dealing with this affliction, can you even imagine having two that are dealing with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. That's the reality for Marisa Maltese and her husband.

Marisa and her husband don't want to ask for help but for them, at this point, it's their only option as they desperately need modifications to their transportation in order to fit the needs of the twins. In a recent Patch article, Marisa said "I've tried to reach out to the state for help with modifications to my vehicle to make it wheelchair accessible."

I had a chance to sit down and talk with Marisa about her twins and about their needs and I hope you will take a few minutes to get to know the family and their story.

There is a GO FUND ME page set up for the Twins and if you can help out in any way the family would be so appreciative. This Ocean County family could use the assistance and it will make you feel good to help in any small way.

We will keep you up to date on how Marisa and her family are doing and more future fundraising events that maybe you can attend.

We have a very strong community here at the Shore and I am sure we can see this task through and help the boys out.
