Kevin Soloman, 29, returned to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold on September 29, hours after a suspect fitting his description was reported to have looted The Greek Spot, in Ocean Township, at about 9:23 AM.

Police there said that it was about 14 hours since he was released from custody at 7:30 PM on September 28, following his initial court appearance. He had been in the Monmouth County lockup since his original arrest on September 27.

Soloman was tracked down in Neptune Township, where detectives apprehended him on a burglary warrant issued in Asbury Park.
